Medication Refill

  1. Call your pharmacy first to see if you have additional “refill” available for your prescription.
  2. If out of “refill”
    1. Have pharmacy contact us.  Typically takes 5-7 days for us to process.  Least reliable.
    2. Email us at peachtree.refill@gmail.com.  Typically takes 2-3 days to process.  Most reliable.
    3. Call us 832-327-7700.  Typically takes 1-2 days.  Reliability depends on when and who you speak to so better to Email unless refill is urgent.

Medical Referrals

  1. Please try to select a specialist from the list we provided or from your insurance’s provider directory.
  2. Call provider to confirm that they take your insurance since insurance directories are not normally updated.
  3. Call our office or better yet Email us at peachtree.referral@gmail.com to let us know who or where you want to go.
