Getting a Referral is Easy – Just Follow These Steps:
Choose a Specialist
Select a provider from the referral list we provide or use your insurance company’s provider directory.
Confirm Insurance Acceptance
Contact the provider directly to confirm they accept your insurance.
(Note: Insurance directories can be outdated, so it’s best to verify.)
Send Us a Request
Email referral@peachtree-medical.com with the name of the specialist or clinic you’d like to visit.
Our referral coordinator will take care of the rest and notify you when the referral is completed.
Prescription Refills
Need a Refill?
Step 1: Check with Your Pharmacy First
Sometimes refills are already approved and waiting to be processed.
Step 2: Submit a Refill Request
Standard Requests:
Email our refill coordinator at refill@peachtree-medical.com.
⏱ Turnaround time: Typically 2–3 business days.
Urgent Refills:
Call us at 832-327-7700 and let our front desk know it’s an urgent refill request.
Your message will be relayed promptly to our coordinator for faster assistance.
